Scheduling options are flexible when selecting visit times!


15 Minute Visit

Ideal for shy kitties and parents who just want a quick pop-in visit.


30 Minute Visit

Our most popular service request! Ideal for social, active and multiple cats in the home and /or kitties needing medication.


45 Minute Visit

An ideal option for spending extra time to pamper and play with your kitties, and for those traveling with extended time away from home.

We care for your kitties as if they were our own, and also offer two service times if scheduled twice a day: morning and evening appointments.

Morning visits are usually completed before 10:30 AM, and evening visits can start as early as 4:00 PM during busy holidays.

- Nashville Purrs visits include the following services -

  • Fresh water and food (and medication) as per instructions in each pet profile 

  • Scooping of litter boxes / empty drawers / change pads. Removal of waste to outside or as otherwise directed (i.e. Litter Genie)

  • Mail and packages brought inside (pictures of package labels are included in your Visit Report)

  • Walk through to check for any accidents

  • Each visit is time-stamped with a GPS tracker for your comfort and peace of mind during our visits

  • Pictures of each kitty and status update provided in your Visit Report

  • All the TLC, pampering and playtime your cat would like to enjoy!

Our Policies

Key Policy

We require the use of a key lock box, unless your residence has a door code entry.  We will provide a lock box at the Meet & Greet for a fee of $21.00 that is yours to keep.  With our lockbox system, you are in control of your keys... like it should be! If you live in a location where a fob is required for access we do ask to schedule a fob/key pick up prior to your first schedule visit.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel an unpaid visit before the scheduled date, there is no charge for the cancellation. 

However, same-day cancellations are charged the regular rate of the scheduled service.

In the event of a cancellation of a paid service that is before your booking date, a credit will be applied towards a future service. 

To cancel a scheduled visit, simply make the request through the Client Portal.
