VIP- 30 Minute Visit
Our most popular service request! Ideal for active and social cats or families with multiple fur babies.
Premium- 45 Minute Visit
The ideal service for multi-cat homes or the pampering service to spoil your fur babies. Great service request for those on extended holidays or with very social babies who need that extra play time.
Each visit we guarantee to look after your babies as if they were our own. We offer two convenient service times during the day: morning and afternoon appointments.
All morning visits are usually completed before 10am and all evening visits can start as early as 4pm.
All visits include the following services:
Fresh water and food check
Scooping litter boxes and disposing waste
Thorough walk-through to look for any accidents
Mail pick-up and package deliveries collected (with pictures of labels attached to Visit Report Card in Client Portal)
Every visit is time-stamped with a GPS tracker for your comfort and peace of mind during our services
Pictures of each kitty and status update provided in Visit Report Card in Client Portal
All the TLC your sweet fur babies can handle
We require the use of a key lock box, unless your residence has a door code entry. We will provide a lock box at the Meet & Greet for a fee of $15.00 that is yours to keep. With our lockbox system, you are in control of your keys... like it should be! If you live in a location where a fob is required for access we do ask to schedule a fob/key pick up prior to your first schedule visit.
If you cancel an unpaid visit before the scheduled date, there is no charge for the cancellation.
However, same-day cancellations are charged the regular rate of the scheduled service.
In the event of a cancellation of a paid service that is before your booking date, a credit will be applied towards a future service.
To cancel a scheduled visit, simply make the request through the Client Portal.
